This Privacy Policy explains what exportframer.com (“exportframer”, “we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. exportframer is a Framer-to-code export service operated by the team behind clonesite.ai.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

  • Account email. When you create an account or sign in, we store your email address so we can identify you and deliver your exports.
  • Published site URLs. The Framer site URLs you submit for export are stored so we can generate, preview, and deliver your download.
  • Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card numbers — Stripe handles card data directly and returns only a payment confirmation and a customer reference to us.
  • Product analytics. We use PostHog to understand how the service is used so we can improve it. This includes basic usage events and device or browser metadata.
  • Website analytics and session diagnostics. In production, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand website usage and diagnose user experience. Clarity may collect interaction, device, browser, approximate location, and session data using analytics cookies while masking sensitive content by default.

How we use your information

We use the information above to authenticate you, generate and deliver your exports, process payments and subscriptions, provide support, and improve the product. We do not use your submitted site content for any purpose other than producing your export.

Google OAuth sign-in

If you sign in with Google, we receive only your email address and profile name from Google. We use these solely to create and identify your account. We do not access your Google Drive, contacts, or any other Google data.

Cookies

We use cookies for authentication and analytics. PostHog helps us understand product usage, and Microsoft Clarity helps us understand website usage and diagnose user experience in production. Clarity analytics cookies are not controlled by a site cookie notice. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not run third-party ad networks.

We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that make exportframer work — Stripe for payments, PostHog for product analytics, and Microsoft Clarity for website analytics and session diagnostics — and only to the extent they need it to perform their function.

Data retention and deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@clonesite.ai. We will delete your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain limited records (such as payment receipts) for legal or accounting purposes.
